Cancellations and Rescheduling

I understand the need for flexibility in my client’s busy schedules and respect how valuable their time is. I make every attempt to accommodate client schedules and would ask that you, as a client do the same. To ensure that scheduled appointments flow smoothly, clients will need to confirm or cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $50 rebooking fee per service missed. Prepayment of service may be required after the second incident.

No Shows

All services are reserved for you, and you only. 50% of the service will be charged and must be paid before scheduling your next visit. If you have a pre-paid package the missed session will be counted as a service.

Late Policy

I will do my best to accommodate you. You may be asked to reschedule if you arrive more than 15 minutes late. Be aware that if we go ahead with your treatment those 15 minutes will be deducted from your session.
